#1~ St. Louis just went ape-shit for Bad News Barrett! It was refreshing to see him back on TV & the tease of him being the “general manager” was fantastic!

#2~ I was just spit-balling ideas and storylines with the “Wrestling Wife” while preview the main event of Team Cena versus Team Authority & two scenarios popped into my head. One, which I said on the Pulsecast, is that Dolph Ziggler or Sheamus would turn on John Cena to cost him the match. The second came when the rumor of Roman Reigns being backstage in St. Louis surfaced. That would be Cena getting beatdown unfair while the referee is down, Reigns storming the ring and giving the win to John Cena. This then sets off a feud between Reigns and Triple H who will now “have” to be a wrestler since The Authority would be out of power.

#3~ Here’s one problem with Damien Mizdow. He is so over right now and a lot of that is because he’s not getting a shot in the ring. Well, St. Louis has been chanting “We Want Mizdow!” since the beginning of the match and I honestly don’t know what’s going on in this match because the crowd is so distracting. Sure it’s entertaining but I don’t think it’s going to last too much longer, especially since they just put the Tag Team Championships on them.

#4~ I don’t really know what to make of Dean Ambrose/Bray Wyatt. They showed that they have chemistry in (and out) of the ring. They can have a great match and it looked like they accomplished what they set out to do; by shoving down our throats that Dean Ambrose is NOT John Cena and will beat the crap out of you with a chair. All of the post match antics were a little much and didn’t amount to anything.

#5~ Rusev was wearing gas station flip-flops for the big Team Authority rally. Truly intimidating.

#6~ I have to give credit where credit is due: the announcers made the perfect call with Brie Bella’s & AJ’s kiss and harkening it back to AJ’s “kiss of death” to Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 28. I honestly don’t believe I would have made that connection without Michael Cole and JBL calling it. So kudos to them for pointing something out that actually added to the storyline.

#7~ So basically what I thought was going to happen, happened except it was with Sting instead of Roman Reigns and I’m not completely sure how I feel about it. First off, Dolph Ziggler’s performance was phenomenal. Honestly the only two that stood out to me in this entire match were Ziggler and Erick Rowan. We finally got to see what Rowan is able to offer (spinning back kick?!?!?) and Ziggler was able to do what he does best, sell and pop the crowd with big moves. While the story will be Sting’s WWE debut and potential WrestleMania match with Triple H, Ziggler was the man standing tall at the end of the night and will be able to brag about this for years. As far as Sting and Triple H goes, well its no Sting/Undertaker but I think it will work. Triple H is smart enough to know what works and what doesn’t & if Sting can get into great shape for his one last & only WrestleMania match, they could probably put on a good show. The biggest hurdle will be the hype for the match. Sting was never known for his mic work & it’s not like he and Triple H have ANY history to pull from. They have 5 months to make a story work in time for WrestleMania. Let’s see if there’s any magic left in the ol’Stinger.
