During his match with Chris Jericho on RAW, Neville suffered a broken ankle. It happened on a routine baseball slide. It’s a move I’m sure Neville has done a thousand times. But accidents happen, similar to what happened with Seth Rollins and his injury. Thankfully for Neville, he was in the ring with a seasoned veteran in Chris Jericho. Jericho recognized the injury and ended the match quickly by shoving the referee. The injury will keep Neville out of Wrestlemania 32, where he was rumored to be taking part in some type of multi-man match for the Intercontinental Title.
Speaking of Wrestlemania 32, The Dudley Boyz vs The Usos was officially added to the show. That leaves the following matches confirmed for the biggest show of the year:
WWE Championship: Triple H (c) vs Roman Reigns
No Holds Barred Street Fight: Brock Lesnar vs Dean Ambrose
Hell In A Cell: The Undertaker vs Shane McMahon- If Shane wins, he will control RAW
Divas Championship: Charlotte (c) vs Sasha Banks vs Becky Lynch
The Usos vs The Dudley Boyz
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
In addition to those confirmed matches, the League of Nations also challenged New Day to a match. Ryback also challenged Kalisto to a match for the United States Championship. I would expect AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho as well as a possible IC Title Match with Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn, although that could still be a multi-man match with Miz, Dolph Ziggler and more. It looks like the WWE is also teasing another Divas Match, with what looks like Paige/Brie Bella/Alicia Fox vs Naomi/Tamina/Lana.
The build for Wrestlemania 32 has been one of the worst in recent memory. The card overall could deliver some good matches, but with a weak build, it might not get fans interested in the show as a whole.
