Seth Rollins Injured: What It Could Mean For Wrestlemania
Earlier today it was reported that Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury on RAW, the extent of which is unknown at this time. Rollins was undergoing tests today to determine the severity of the injury. Here is where it is believed that the injury happened:
You can see Rollins knee kind of take an awkward bend as he is going down to the mat. We are waiting some kind of update from the WWE or Rollins on the injury. But if Rollins is out for Wrestlemania, where does that leave the Mania card? Rollins/HHH was the one match that pretty much everyone had penciled in since September. If Rollins is out that obviously won’t take place.
If it were up to me, I would completely take Triple H off the card. There is no need to have Triple H on the card at that point. It would be forcing Triple H into a story that won’t make sense. And Samoa Joe already tweeted to Triple H about the injury, so you can’t force a program there.
Although the injury is unfortunate, the WWE should use this opportunity to build up Samoa Joe as a serious threat to everyone on the roster. I know he debuted on RAW, but you can find a way to put Joe on Smackdown and take out John Cena. Because I’d much rather have that then the match I saw rumored for John Cena today.
So if Rollins is out for an extended period of time, what should Triple H do at Wrestlemania?
