This Sunday is the RAW exclusive Payback PPV. Right now, Payback looks like an A+ grade name for a show when you consider we are getting a show in the coming months called Great Balls of Fire. I really want to know why the WWE thinks that is a great name for a show.
Well I look forward to seeing Brock Lesnar defend the Universal Title on this show. Oh wait, he isn’t doing that? Okay. I should have known considering he hasn’t even been mentioned on RAW in the last few weeks. Why even have two Champions at this point? How does this help elevate the Universal Title when the Title and Champion himself are nowhere to be found? I was fine with the first time Brock Lesnar won a Title and left, but now I think it hurts a newly made Title.
Even without Brock, this should at least still be a good wrestling show. On to the preview!
Shinsuke Nakamura/Dolph Ziggler Segment
-Dolph Ziggler immediately comes out and interrupts Nakamura. Ziggler boots Renee out and does the interview.
-Ziggler says that Nakamura said his favorite wrestler of all time is Dolph Ziggler, for those that don’t understand Japanese.
-Dolph goes on to say Nakamura was Michael Jackson then went to Japan to become Shinsuke Nakamura. Umm, okay?
Welcome to Monday Night BRAUN! Or as least a review of Monday Night BRAUN. Or, some kind of recap? It’s a place where I tell those who may happen upon it, the tale of what occurred on this current episode of the show Monday Night Raw, I guess. So let me regale you with the tale. Continue reading
We now live in a wrestling world where Jinder Mahal is the #1 Contender for the WWE Title.
You read that right, Jinder Mahal. If you told wrestling fans that a week, a month, even a year ago, they would have laughed in your face. They might have asked you what kind of drugs you were taking, or if the LSD was still kicked in from watching Naomi’s entrance.
It is my favorite guessing game to play every year! Last year, I correctly guessed Seth Rollins vs Triple H but that is only because it was suppose to happen at WM32 and didn’t.
So what can I correctly guess this year? My hope is that I can nail down two matches correctly this far out.
Opening Women’s Segment
-Charlotte says it’s been seven days since she came to Smackdown Live and she’s already lost her patience. She wants to know why she hasn’t gotten a Women’s Title match yet.
-Charlotte asks if Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon were binge watching Fast and the Furious. Well now, Charlotte is FURIOUS.
Because of a harrowing experience at 7-11 I missed the beginning of Raw. It involved not having a 2 for a 2 for $2, and a flustered cashier fighting the losing fight against technology. I’m about 8 minutes late so I missed whatever talking segment is kicking us off! No! Continue reading

You know what would be a great idea for a one off TV special? A random drawing tag team tournament where there were 40 guys and you drew them into random teams and had them wrestle and the winners all went on to a battle royal. Maybe even a two ring battle royal. Really not a terrible idea for an episode of Raw.
You know what would be a terrible idea for the biggest show of the year?
