Quick Hits: WWE Smackdown Live 5.23.17

-Shane makes two matches for tonight: Sami Zayn vs Baron Corbin and Kevin Owens/Dolph Ziggler vs AJ STYLES AND SHINSUKE NAKAMURA.

-Becky controls early on, keeping Carmella on the mat in a headlock and giving her a noogie in the process.

They hand in their badges and guns and say that the Usos “Day One Was more H than theirs.” Shane says they have already proven themselves and they each get singles matches against the Usos tonight.
Jinder Mahal Title Celebration
-Dancers from India are out and play a celebration song.
-Jinder says everyone boos him because he looks different and no one believed in him. But he proved everyone wrong at Backlash.
-Jinder always sounds like he is out of breath or just came back from a concert when he talks.
-Now he talks to his people of India. India is our ally. Do we really need to do this stereotypical foreigner gimmick?
Tyler Breeze vs Jey Uso
-Jey complains about facing Breeze. Fandango squirts Jey with a squirt gun. Breeze rolls up Jey for the win.
WINNER: Tyler Breeze
Fandango vs Jimmy Uso
-This time Breeze runs around the ring with the old lady wig. Jimmy pulls it off, but Fandango rolls him up for the win!

Smackdown Live Tag Title Match: The Usos (c) vs The Fashion Police

-Chaos breaks loose. Ziggler breaks up a Nakamura pin attempt. Styles comes in and hits a Pele Kick on KO and goes for the Styles Clash but Ziggler Super kicks him. Ziggler gets taken out with a dropkick. Nakamura then takes out Styles with the Kinsasha for the win.
WINNERS: AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura
OVERALL: The ending shot of Nakamura and Styles staring each other down was great. Fun tag match at the end. Nakamura got beat down a little too much again. I don’t get why the Fashion Police can’t get a tag title run but Jinder Mahal can get a WWE Title run. Oh yeah, because the Fashion Police can’t “market” to an expanding country. The Mahal Celebration was okay. He still sounds ridiculous half time. And where the fuck is Rusev damn it??? Did that angle just get dropped??? If so, DUMB.
