Bumping Up…Dan Parker

Interviews can be a tricky topic. Not only do you have to create engaging content, but you also have to come up with questions that make for a cohesive read. And that’s all before you’re even able to find time in the interviewee’s busy schedule to ask the questions.

If it were an interview with someone you’re already aware of, then it’s more likely you will read it, right? But what about those you don’t know. You could be missing out on getting to know your next new favourite wrestler, and you wouldn’t even know it.

So, in order to spread the word on talent on the indie circuit, I got straight to the basics.

Bumping Up is here to point you in their direction and broaden your scope on new talent and promotions. If you like what you read, give them a follow & check out their next show. You never know where all this will take you.

So without further ado, let’s get down to brass tacks & introduce you to…

Name: “D-Man” Dan Parker

Age: 27

Hometown: Balm Beach, Ontario Canada 🇨🇦

How many years have you been a professional wrestler: 10. Main trainers are Santino Marella and Yuki Ishikawa at Battle Art Academy.

Who are your role models? Role models In life, anyone that does good for this world and others while inspiring others around them to rise up be better versions of themselves to make the world a better place. In wrestling, the same thing. But guys I like their wrestling Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit.

Was this something you always wanted to do or did you slowly transition from ‘9-5’ to where you are now: 13 was when I decided this is what I wanted to do with my life. I did gymnastics in high school then after a while in high school I started training at 16. Been working ever since to get where I am now. However, wrestling has been my full-time job now for one year 🤙🏽 I do behind the scenes stuff as well as physically wrestling. I’m a Television wrestler.

What are your main goals for the next few years? In 5 years I’ll be NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. I’ll be wrestling as well as acting in movies and tv. Make this world a better place by using my influence to help others and the planet while protecting the animals of the world.

What’s your proudest achievement in your career so far? Don’t think I can narrow it down to one. I’ve accomplished some cool things. I’ve wrestled in Japan. At korakuen hall for zero1 and fmw picking up a win. I’ve wrestled for impact wrestling explosion. I had my WWE try out this summer in Canada. And I’ve wrestled for the NWA in ten pounds of gold, wrestling Tim Storm and NWA Powerrr. So to sum up my proudest achievement is whatever goal I set for myself I hit. That’s pretty dope!

And finally where are some of the promotions fans can currently see you in action? NWA Powerrr Championship Wrestling From Hollywood Championship Wrestling from Arizona Battle Arts Pro Barrie Wrestling
